Hi I'm Edwin, a Registered Environmental Health Specialist in the State of California, also known as "The Spotout Guy." With over 15 years of experience enforcing environmental laws in California, I've witnessed a concerning trend - the widespread use of harmful chemicals in janitorial services.

The idea for Spotout Services came from a personal experience. My friend and I hired a janitorial company to clean our homes, and our children had severe allergic reactions to the harsh chemicals they used. I also saw that the employees didn’t know much about the chemicals they were handling. However, it was this incident that a spark of inspiration hit me – a vision to start a cleaning business that not only prioritized hygiene and safety but also embraced eco-friendly methods to minimize harm to both people and the environment. Because of this desire to protect my loved ones and provide a solution to the pressing need for cleanliness in our surroundings, I started a journey to turn my vision into reality, knowing that every clean surface would contribute to the health and happiness of those around me.
